We had an amazing stay at Villa Nathanael near the lake! The location is ideal — just a 7-minute walk from the lake and a 7-minute drive to the town center and the Drilon park . The room with the balcony and deck overlooking the beautiful garden was so peaceful and relaxing. We even enjoyed watching turtles in the yard—it was such a unique and charming touch. The place is very quiet, perfect for a family getaway. The host was fantastic—always ready to help with any questions and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with a caring host!

Chose this location in the off-season because it was approx. 4.5 km away from the busy Pogradec boardwalk area. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.The included breakfast each morning included some traditional Albanian options that were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. This was the perfect place to explore the breathtaking beauty of Driloni National Park and the wonderful restaurants in the area like Dante. The room was comfortable and clean. Although there is a convenience market nearby, it was nice to have a well stocked bar in the Hotel lobby to purchase things like beer, soda, water, etc... I would highly recommend this location during the off season for those looking for a quiet family run location a short taxi ride away from the busy boardwalk touristy Pogradec area.
