This app is very clean, has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. It is not far from the centre of Kaprun, and 5 minutes from it, there is a very good pizzeria. Every app from the house has it's own parking place. The ski storage room is next to the parking place.

We loved the breakfast and the wellness center. Both were exceptional in our opinion. There are great restaurant options around, you can have great dining experiences, don't forget to book though, as it could get pretty busy. Kitzsteinhorn resort was great for skiing, we had good amount of snow (considering we visited in March) and well prepared slopes, pretty good variety of red and black options. Something to keep in mind if you're planning to ski during March or later, Schmittenhohe part of the resort has much lower altitude and the ski conditions in this area might not be so good during these days. We visited Schmittenhohe area one morning and decided to return to Glacier area in the middle of the day due to the poor conditions of the slopes. (slush & ice & basically not enough snow)

Nice hotel with friendly personnel. Spa area is great and the location is nice with a doable walk to the ski lift (where they have lockers for your gear). The breakfast is good with a lot of options to choose from.
