The modern, air-conditioned flat (studio) is centrally located in Kaprun and features a kitchenette, a pull-out sofa bed (160x200cm), a luxurious box-spring double bed (180x200cm), a cosy dining table and a spacious balcony. The studio is ideal for two adults or for families with a maximum of two children. Free private parking is available directly in front of the house. You can safely store your skis and bicycles in the house. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity (50m away). You can reach the village centre in a 5-minute walk. You arrive and don't have to worry about anything. Because bed linen and towels are already ready for you. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for cooking. Of course, the kitchen can also stay cold, because holidays are what you want - individual and independent. Please note: We do not have a daily cleaning service! SUMMER CARD: Every guest who stays with us between 15.05. and 31.10.2026 will receive a Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card, which is valid for the duration of their stay. The Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card literally opens the door to discover more every day – with around 40 attractions in the region. The card includes numerous excursion destinations, but also the use of mountain railways and Lake Zell boat tours as well as access to gorges, lidos and museums.
