Our room was big, interior was modern, and with home appliances, perfect for a family. Quiet, warm. Our toddler was enjoying himself like he was at home. Food was delicious, with great variety to chose from, spa center is very good and enjoyable. Will definitely come again in the summer.

Well, it's not a 5* hotel, and not a brand new either, but it was an excellent value for money, at least off-season. Easy to park (paid parking right in front of the entrance, free parking just a short distance away), free spa access, breakfast included, comfortable, cosy rooms - everything was just fine. Also, they have a very nice terrace / garden restaurant for spring & summer season.

I liked the location and the spa very much. Food was good as well. The rooms were big and cleaned every day. Parking was available too. It was our second time there.

All rooms were big & comfy & heated, the terrace & view were a delight. Coffee machine was a big plus, stove, refrigerator in very good condition and clean, dishwasher new, i guess I was the first one to use it. Free entry at the pool & jacuzzi, my kids enjoyed them very much.

Great location,very quiet and peaceful place .The view from the studio is amazing. Generally the amenities are as described and the stay is pleasant.

Stunning views about the beautiful mountain scenery from the balcony. Cleanliness & Comfort exceptionally clean and well maintained with comfortable furnishings. Great Amenities fully equipped kitchen, spa access, pools and sauna, quiet locationv peaceful yet conveniently located with free shuttle to gondola.

The place was clean, comfortable, easy to access and at a good location. On top, we forgot something and the owners sent it very quickly. It was really nice.

Joined with the hotel through heated hallways and key cards. Room was very clean, coffee, towels, robes, slippers provided. Room had a view of the outdoor pool. Had access to the Spa facilities and pools. Pet friendly!! My dog was off leash inside the hotel area and at the outside premises. No extra charge for your pet. Beautiful, long path leading to the golf courses with views of Pirin mountains. Lots of mini markets and restaurants inside the complex (although expensive). Women greeted us upon arrival and showed us how to get to get to the Spa area.
