Resorts in Interlaken

First time stay. I was in a private single room, so cannot comment on the dormitory situation. My room was extremely quiet, and very comfortable. Solid concrete walls so could not hear anyone else. Handy personal safe in the room. Very nice crew on the front desk - ready to answer any travel questions about the area and make recommendations. Breakfast was good - continental as advertised but enough to start your day. Need a couple more toasters though; seemed someone always waiting! Great location - can walk easily to either main train station. Wifi was good enough for YouTube and FaceTime connections. I would recommend this place and plan to stay again on a future visit.

Amazing place with amazing vibes

Very close to the train station. Great staff, everyone was friendly and most helpful. Food was excellent. The decor is largely antiques- furniture and decorations. Very quiet and clean.

Fantastic location next to the station. Great room plenty of space for 3 people. In reception free tea & coffee lovely when back in from a cold walk. Hotel is right in the town plenty of shops. Wonderful choice at breakfast. Staff couldn't do enough especially Doreen on reception plenty of knowledge of the area. Great help when planning our day. Thomas also on reception had a problem with the TV sorted out within minutes. Everything we asked was dealt with kindness and politeness.

It’s simple, but comfy! And I had a beautiful window view! Friendly receptionists. The location is really good, easy to go even by walking from the train station.

We had an absolutely incredible weekend at SALZANO Hotel with two friends, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable. The pool and spa area were so relaxing, we even got to enjoy the sunshine while swimming, with a stunning mountain view all around us. The location is perfect for exploring the region and going on hikes around Interlaken. After a lovely day of hiking, it was such a pleasure to come back and relax at the hotel. The restaurant was also excellent, both for the quality of the food and the atmosphere. But what truly made this stay special was the staff: their kindness, helpfulness, and attention to detail were exceptional and something you do not often experience in hotels. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay.

I recently had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it's the best place I've experienced in Switzerland. From the moment I arrived, the managers, Dany and Linda, offered the warmest welcome I've ever received, making me feel like part of the family rather than just a guest. The hotel exudes a cozy atmosphere, filled with delightful aromas that enhance the overall experience. Its location is simply stunning, perched above the clouds and just a 15-minute bus ride to Interlaken West Station. On clear days, the views of Lake Thun are breathtaking, and the sunsets are nothing short of magical. At night, the starry sky is extraordinary due to the minimal light pollution—truly a sight to behold. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options, including plenty of vegetarian choices. I can’t recommend this hotel enough; it’s the perfect blend of comfort, stunning scenery, and warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return in the spring to swim in the beautiful lakes of Thun and Brienz.
