The staff were friendly and the room was very nice! The proximity to Saas-Fee makes the location of the hotel very appealing, you can easily take a bus to the resort.

We loved our stay! Great location by the river and snowy scenery. Spotless room, great beds comfortable mattresses. Variety in breakfast with local delicacies. Bus stop right across the main street was so helpful for our transfers. People are authentic and pure, they made us feel very comfortable and calm. The village is very cute. Love it all the way!

Great place, especially for the price!

an intelligent place, direct communication with the owner who owns many properties and understands customer service and amenities... and design... this apt is brand new , so the bed was superb yes alot of ikea furniture but made it feel like home with such special touches, the projector, screen , photographs, the cupboards were stocked as if you were home from bandaids to tupperware, to cool mugs ... you name it... just comfortable and sane... there is also a washing machine in the building but hard to get fit it in.... very very quiet... my favorite.. good sleep and peace... can walk to the Coop or ski lift... nice host and owner =) \ outdoor terrace with couch and grill ...authentic Swiss place...

A very spacious, clean apartment, full of appliances. Large bathroom with a tub/shower. Very short walk to the ski bus - ski pass provided by the owner. Lovely owner available to answer any questions. Walking distance to the nearest supermarket and restaurants in Saas-Grund. Quiet, located right by a mountain stream - you have an outdoor space as well to walk outside.

Well positioned, away from the heavy tourist activities. Modern installations, great style clean, calm and comfortable.

Amazing hotel: rooms, brasserie, spa - all beats expectations. Staff is amazing and the hospitality they give is memorable.

Not knowing Swiss villages! You can’t drive to the hotel, but it’s very close to parking & the Main Street. Plus a regular bus service for skiing.

We enjoyed the room with all the special touches of the bed being turned down and the floor cloth placed beside the bed and especially the view with the deck. The spa was very refreshing after a long day of skiing, and the breakfast offered many choices aside from the breakfast buffet you could also order freshly made crepes, pancakes and numerous styles of eggs.

We visited Saas-Fee the second time. Sybille and her family really was the warmest and wonderful hosts we have ever met. On the day of our arrival, the road to Saas-Fee was closed due to destruction by the heavy rain. Sybille kept messaging and updating me about the road and the bus situation. Not until 4 pm the road was open but only for 2 hours letting transport in and out. Thankful to Sybille we caught this chance and got the bus to Saas-Fee and they already arranged a shuttle to pick us at the bus station. What exceeded our expectation, they upgraded us to Superior two-bedroom apartment and hoped we could have a comfort stay! Quick check-in and offered us snacks and welcoming wine. Apartment is cozy, clean, spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, great view from the dining room and also from the balcony. Breakfast was good with choice of eggs. We could use their laundry room for free. Sybille gave us excellent and professional advice the area of the town, the direction to find marmots and the opening hours of cable cars, etc. And thanks to Pesche dropped us to the bus station and ended with a warm goodbye. We definitely recommend Elite Alpine Lodge if travelling to Saas-Fee!
