Excellent hotel with beautiful facilities and amazing service. I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

This has been the most helpful experience I’ve had in Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, the staff were awesome very informative and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and well-balanced. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy; everything felt clean, and it was always warm inside. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The microwave made our stay much easier. The river in front was so beautiful—we couldn’t get enough of it. The walk along the river was also amazing and a great experience.

Very good breakfast, helpful staff, heated lockers in ski room, jacuzzi-pool, Matterhorn view from the room, very clean, less than 5 minute walk to the Sunnega lift, across the road from a ski rental shop

This place is way beyond beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. The location was calm and so close to the train station. Our suite had a balcony, it was very spacios and had complimentary coffee, tea, water and all toiletteries needed. With full access to swimming pool and spa. The buffet style breakfast was delicious

Breakfast was amazing! Staff attentive and food so fresh and varied. Views and snow was wonderful! Cannot describe how huge and vast!!

Spectacular view of Matterhorn from balcony. Spacious room with modern design. Warm and welcoming staff (they arrange shuttle bus to take you from and to the train station for free), and gave us farewell gift of Matterhorn chocolate! Location is great, only 2mins walk from the cable station to the 5 Lake Walk. Reasonable distance from the town center.

The hotel’s location is perfect - near the main street but quieter. The room (Junior suite) was spacious and comfortable and had a very nice view of the Matterhorn. The hotel room was perfectly clean and had everything needed. The hotel staff and owners are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very nice and always smiling staff. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, cereals, breads, types of egg preparations, ham, cheese, and pastries. The hotel offers spa and wellness facilities, modern gym, and a heated swimming pool. Perfect after a day hike. Great hospitality and a charming hotel. Look forward to my next visit!

Sevice and the whole staff were amazing

Great location , lovely staff very helpful and very kind good service mind, breakfast was on point we enjoy breakfast so much. Room is super clean lovely we fell in love and we would love to recommend others to come stay!!!
