The hotel is very well maintained. The staff went out of their way to assist me. I had booked a tour from the Wast gate which is quite far from the hotel. Not only did they recommend a solution but also allowed me to cancel one night stay for free and sent my luggage to the new hotel so I could make my tour the next morning. I’m truly grateful.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They arranged pickup from the airport, which made everything very easy for us, and they also helped us get tickets for the parks we wanted to visit.
