Everything. Amazing beach, and very clean room. Hotel staff was very helpful, special thanks to Hoda the Guest Relation Manager and hotel staff who gave exceptional assistance and support to my friend who unfortunately sprained her ankle before the trip and had to be in crutches during the entire stay. They truly accommodated her needs, and I am really grateful. The cafe had good food, and even the attending chefs were helpful and nice. Everyone is very friendly!

The hotel has charm, history, and great comfort. Mustafa, the manager, is grandson of the man who built the building as a private home in 1910. The hotel has character with stone walls, high ceilings, and photos of its history. The shared bathrooms are impeccable, with hot water and sparkling cleanliness. Breakfast was superb, with omelets, breads, veggies, beans. An excellent fish restaurant is right down the street. The only thing between the hotel and the beach is a road. The town is thoroughly untouristic, and gives a real taste of Egypt. Mustafa and his staff are superb folk, helpful, informative. Mustafe speaks excellent English. We would return!!

It was an exceptional stay in this place. the staff were very nice and act professionally and more and treated us as we are in home. The Food was very delicious and the restaurant have good varieties and options in all meals. The place is near the city center and many things around. The place is very very calm and well recommended to couples and honeymooners. Many thanks to Mr.Tharwat, Mrs Aya, Mr. Abdlerahman and the whole staff the place captured our hearts❤️ we will get back soon.

Big apartment and straight across from the reef. Quite and very big Taxi to Quseir is very easy to catch and you can walk to nearest store. Owner was nice and took me to big market on day of arrival. Good base for exploring Quseir and the surrounding areas.

I was there for 3 nights with two others. The resort was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. It’s pretty much just the resort in this area. And this was fine by me. We stayed in a spacious suite with a queen bed, a double bed, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen/sitting area. Our room had a fridge and kettle. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable but on the softer side. It’s right on the Red Sea. I knew from previous reviews that there is no swimming in the sea from the beach due to the coral. But we went there for the snorkeling along the reef (access from the end of the pier) and it did not disappoint. I brought my own snorkeling gear so there was no extra cost for myself. One in my group rented equipment from the diving shop for 10euros a day. The reef and fish were stunning. We were out every day, 2 days we had to wait for the wind and waves to calm before entering but it was never so bad that we had to lose a day. Though we were not a part of the diving groups, the diving staff on the pier were friendly and helpful with any questions. We had half board - breakfast and dinner. We loved the food. We had three dinners and each was different. Duck, veal, and chicken were each served on a different night along with many other choices. The kefta they served one night was wonderful. Staff were great, ready to help. I had expected pressure to tip but not one person asked. There was a tip box at the kitchen, bar, and reception. We put tips in there. We made the mistake of thinking the box at the bar was for all the servers but we were told on the last morning it’s for the staff at the bar. As multiple servers help during a meal, aside from giving something to every person, I’m not sure there was a way to tip them as a group.

Cozy location right on the beach. Chefs cooked us special meals based on our dietary restrictions.
