The property was amazing! Very close to the beach. The clearest waters. The views were spectacular from anywhere in the resort. For us, the reef was so close that we got to go in a see all the fishes and colorful coral everyday. The food was delicious…always having fresh fish available everyday. The banana bread at tea time was delicious! We really enjoyed the spa because the massages were great! The staff was the best part! They were accommodating and exceptionally kind. They made our stay even more enjoyable. They became like family to us.

As common knowledge breakfast is usually included in hotel/ resort stays. But we had to pay for it. If there was an option, people would go out to eat but it's on an island. The management should think about it.

Hosts are extremely helpful and accomodating Our bure was one of the best... huge, new and right on the water so got the breeze the ones in the back were not so lucky. There is plenty of solar powered electricity , good lighting and plenty of power points. And all windows mosquito proof. Water goes off occasionally. By Yasawa standards this is totally the best value and experience in the Yasawas. Snorkeling is good in the gap between it's neighboring tiny island that you can swim to or walk to at low tide. The food is typically Fijian generous portions and tasty but heavey reliance on Carbohydrates. Ie rice & breads. They are always happy to throw in an egg for the vegetarians.

I can’t recommend Voyager Homestay enough. As far as hosts go, they don’t get better than Vilise. He was incredibly attentive during my 5 night stay and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. This stay was a highlight in my months of traveling. His cooking deserves special attention—everything he made was excellent. Local fruits, fresh fish, coconut cream pancakes, chicken curry, etc. His organic pineapple ice cream is delightful. You will not be hungry, as the portions are hearty. I’ll only add that he could absolutely be charging more than he does! As for the island, there are many great activities to choose from. The house reef has beautiful coral and fish, and the blue lagoon on the other side of the island is gorgeous (as is the 25 minute walk!). Be sure to make it to the caves, and I highly recommend snorkeling or fishing with Vilise. The facilities are lovely. Super clean bathroom area, great shower pressure (though remember to conserve!!!), and the room is huge and has everything you’ll need. The wifi is also incredibly fast (fast enough that a couple from a neighboring homestay was able to livestream a World Cup qualifying match with no issue). Also, previous reviews note there is no lock on the door, but he has since added one and it works great. Not that you need it, as the little village is very safe. All in all, don’t hesitate to book. I can’t wait to come back!

Second time for us in the last 2 years so we really enjoy this piece of paradise . It has a relaxed vibe and an understated ambience that results in a lovely restful holiday. Beautiful snorkelling just off the beach and even with low tide can get out swimming. Staff are friendly , manager is very involved with helping out with chores around the resort. Food is nicely presented and tastes good. Great massage at the spa

Absolutely fantastic resort. I did three resorts during my Yasawa islands stay (Barefoot Kuata, Barefoot Manta - all three in dorms) and this one was the best. By far the best food, super nice staff, lot of different activities and trips available. Also the hike above the resort was the nicest. Dorm was clean, no bunk beds and lots of personal space. Beach was great - hotel has a nice entrance to the sea and if you wish to snorkel you can simply walk 1 minute to the Blue lagoon resort beach and there is nice coral. Loved it

The Blue Lagoon Beach Resort met and exceeded my expectations. The location and the resort were beautiful, but what truly made the stay so memorable was every one of the resort staff that I had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuine. They treated me like family. I would highly recommend this resort. 10/10

Beautiful setting! Clean dorm and shower facilities. Very attentive staff. Great food including complimentary afternoon tea. Access to the house reef, beautiful spot to watch the sunrise after a short hike. We were lucky to be there on a saturday and got to see a lovo being made and then had that for dinner. Bill facilitated a kava ceremony. Access to the caves run from the resort. Lots of other activities both paid and free run by the team to fill your days.
