Position is stunning- overlooking the lake. All staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and well equipped. And a bonus for us were the EV chargers.

It’s a beautiful property. The grounds are stunning. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright. The included parking is nice. The indoor pool was a welcome break after a big day of walking. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty with hot and cold items. Our favorite breakfast in France. The staff are extremely friendly and speak excellent English. They offered to carry our luggage up the steps.

Offering a contemporary, warm and refined at a time that is all the talent of this shiny hotel, which flourished in the heart of the beautiful spa town.

Fantastic find in Bagnoles and extremely good value for money . Staff polite and helpful- everything clean and in a very good position. The bonus for us was a car park and because we have an EV a charger literally 2 minutes away. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant with good quality food and lovely staff. Breakfast was also very good with a lovely little breakfast room. All in all a delightful experience.

I wish I could give a rating higher than 10. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. Isabelle and Jonathan were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. The homemade food was amazing. Great stopover on our Veloscenie bike trip.
