The King William was an excellent stay. We were not able to make our original booking due to a sick pet and they worked with us to honor the stay a different weekend. The food was great, as was the staff. We got to stay in a newly renovated room and it was extremely comfortable with more than enough space for my husband and I. The hotel was close to the bus stop which allowed to easily get into Bath city center. We also walked one day which wasn’t bad at all. We have absolutely 0 complaints and hope to stay again!

The apartment was perfectly suited for my large-ish family of six. It truly is well-appointed and furnished with two bedrooms and a full kitchen, dining room, and sitting room. The apartment was clean upon arrival, and its location just a ten or so minute walk from the Roman Baths and the city center make it convenient to see the sights. The property manager was very communicative and easy to work with. I highly recommend this for a family stay in Bath!

The location and grounds are breathtaking, peaceful, you feel completely in tune with nature and it is a great place to relax. The spa facilities are great, if you are into walks the grounds offer great strolls in nature. The hotel overall has an old world charm to it. The dinner was good at the Walled Garden restaurant.
