The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment but this didn't impact the stay other than no indoor pool (which we knew about beforehand). The outdoor pool was still open and was warm. The facilities, bar, restaurant and location were fantastic and we would definitely return.

It had everything you needed to make the stay feel like you were at home . It was in a prime location across from the splash pool and really close to bude , and the beaches of crooklets , Northcott mouth and Sandymouth ( all within a mile or 2 ) . The hot tub was a real nice extra to have also
