The caravan is immaculate. The owners take great pride in providing everything you need for your stay. I stayed for 3 nights with my pet and had a visit from my grandchildren. We fell very welcome and well looked after. The modern fitted ensuite bathrooms are stocked with fresh clean towels, toilet rolls and hand-wash. The kitchen is home from home with a lovely dining set , glasses and all cookware including tea towels cloths and cleaning products there is a dishwasher but I didn't need to use it. The beds are comfy and rooms are a decent size. We were warm and cosy during our stay and I really enjoyed the complimetary sweet treats with a cup of tea. There are plenty of books films and games and there is Netflix, Amazon prime and other channels available to watch. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. I didn't use the garden or outdoor seating because of the cold weather but it would be perfect in the spring and summer. The caravan is very well maintained and well lit with sensor lights outside. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable stay at this property the room was clean the staff were freindly and very helpful only stayed one night as we were going to a gig in cottingham the food was really nice well cooked and well presented would definitely stay here again the bed was exceptionly comfortable had a really good nights sleep

Lovely caravan, clean and comfortable in a quiet location of the park, The owner was very helpful making sure we found the location of the home. There were some nice touches left for us eg; tea, coffee soaps and chocolate.

The site was nice and clean, the van was also clean and well equipped for the whole family. Tvs in the bedrooms and plenty of board games to keep the kids busy
