Its location was fabulous. Restaurants and shop nearby. Lots of lovely walks near park . Quiet but close to everything the welcome basket was a lovely touch.

The place was well stocked,the lodges were in immaculate condition,and very clean. The attention to detail of the layout and fixtures were like living in a 5 star hotel,and the hot tub was the cherry on the top,amazing.

The caravan is immaculate. The owners take great pride in providing everything you need for your stay. I stayed for 3 nights with my pet and had a visit from my grandchildren. We fell very welcome and well looked after. The modern fitted ensuite bathrooms are stocked with fresh clean towels, toilet rolls and hand-wash. The kitchen is home from home with a lovely dining set , glasses and all cookware including tea towels cloths and cleaning products there is a dishwasher but I didn't need to use it. The beds are comfy and rooms are a decent size. We were warm and cosy during our stay and I really enjoyed the complimetary sweet treats with a cup of tea. There are plenty of books films and games and there is Netflix, Amazon prime and other channels available to watch. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. I didn't use the garden or outdoor seating because of the cold weather but it would be perfect in the spring and summer. The caravan is very well maintained and well lit with sensor lights outside. Highly recommended.

One of the most beautiful apartments that I have stayed in. We actually stayed in the top apartment back in November and that was exceptional. Every detail has been thought of. There is an option to go across the road to the Rowntree Lodge and have breakfast-and that is excellent. Fantastic choice.

We loved our cozy lodge. It exceeded our expectations. It had a comfy living room and the beds were great! The free English breakfast was one of the best I ever had. We would definitely stay here again and for more time.

Everything was great, the caravan was easy to find, and the staff at reception were lovely and helpful check in was very easy. The caravan was lovely, very cosy, clean and had everything we needed. Great communication from hosts would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
