Beautiful resort in every way! The staff was incredible. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Just wonderful people.

Everything was superb but the hospitality and friendliness of the staff takes the win!

We had a wonderful stay at Cassia Bintan with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter. We loved the hotel, the access to the pools (including those of the neighbouring property), the delicious food, and above all, the kindness and warmth of the entire staff. The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning, with warm, crystal-clear water — truly paradise. Unfortunately, our daughter was stung by a jellyfish during one of our beach outings. It was a very painful experience that took about three days to stabilise and will take a few more weeks to fully heal. That said, I want to give special recognition to the hotel staff. As I ran carrying my daughter in pain, they immediately came running with a spray bottle of vinegar to neutralise the sting and helped remove some of the stingers. They also arranged transport to the clinic, where she received the necessary medical care. Upon our return to the hotel, they provided us with a bucket of ice and towels to take to our room and help ease the pain — which we had to apply for the next two days. Thankfully, she is now recovering well. Despite this unfortunate incident, it was still an unforgettable experience, and we are grateful for the care and support we received from everyone at the hotel.

The Glamping Tents are well maintained, well decorated, clean and comfortable. The lagoon is beautiful and there are many activities to do there. The restaurant and cafe both had great food and service All staff would go there extra step to make sure everything was perfect. They were all extremely helpful.

The villa was huge and really nice. The pool and beach area was quiet and attention from the staff was great (Trantok specifically). There was not many people on the beach which was great.

Best place to unwind and relax

Amazing food and facilities but the staff was the star of the show. They take care of every detail. Exceptional!

The little cottages on the beach are delightful. I loved waking up each morning and sitting outside on the comfy chairs for my coffee with the sounds of the waves and the spectacular view of the beach.

The infinity pool has wonderful views of the sea and the lagoon.

Enjoyed the unique atmosphere of this ship converted to a hotel.. Staff was amazing, as was the food. Big breakfast buffet included with our room. Lovely infinity pool looking out over the ocean. Nice places to sit and relax.

Nirwana Gardens is an exceptional resort, I love spending a few days there, the staff war very friendly, meals in the restaurants were delicious and the pool / beach was also a very nice place to be. The villa was very spacious inside, with all what we needed for our stay. It was surrounded by well maintained garden, in the resort itself there were possibilities for sport activities and also the option to book a trip outside the resort.
