From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, including the pool and fitness center, which were all clean and well-maintained. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated near great restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet still offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. We truly appreciated the little touches – complimentary refreshments, turndown service, and thoughtful gestures that made our stay feel luxurious. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

It’s a really nice apartment. Have a nice view, cleanliness on top, comfortable for a long stay. Wifi is provided with netflix. Worth the price with all the facilities. Near mid valley southkey. We got the Bear Room, full of bears, and the setup was cozy. There was a blackboard with chalk at the entrance and we could decorate it ourselves. There is a retro arcade game set with hundreds of games! We played that half the night. Overall, quite clean. There is a filtered water dispenser. The fridge is clean. The bed is quite soft. Location is good, many food options and activities within walkable distance.
