United KingdomFrom the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views of the city.
The amenities were top-notch, including the pool and fitness center, which were all clean and well-maintained.
Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated near great restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet still offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city.
We truly appreciated the little touches – complimentary refreshments, turndown service, and thoughtful gestures that made our stay feel luxurious. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

SingaporeWe got the Bear Room, full of bears, and the setup was cozy. There was a blackboard with chalk at the entrance and we could decorate it ourselves. There is a retro arcade game set with hundreds of games! We played that half the night. Overall, quite clean. There is a filtered water dispenser. The fridge is clean. The bed is quite soft. Location is good, many food options and activities within walkable distance.

Its a good location with lots of shops outside and easily accessible to the beach, waterpark, and other resorts via the hotel's shuttle bus service. The staff are very professional and helpful. Buffet deals are also affordable. We will return to Four Points by Sheraton Desaru next time.

We booked 13 out of the 15 rooms of this small resort, the clean n well facilitates rooms , the professionally managed crews, yummy foods, variety of indoor and outdoor free activities including indoor art n craft , farm visit animal feeding and even bon fire, mountain mineral water filled pool, cafeterias with magnificent views, this resort in Kluang surprise us, thanks for the excellent hospitality , we have a great holiday.

Great resort, good location - not on the beach though however on demand buggy service is available to Westin where Hard Rock hotel guest can also use the beach. Great and friendly staff, they were always willing to help and made our stay memorable. Clay, did the Memorabilia tour for us and showed us some of the "rock-star memorabilia" located at various sections of the hotel - a must do tour that happens twice daily. Clay was exceptional as was the rest of the hotel crew, not all of whose name i recall.

Check in at reception was smooth, clear and concised. Staff were polite and able to answer queries. Buggy was always around which makes the journey from one place to another around the resort to be very convenient. Breakfast for 2 days was ok as well. Room is spacious for a big family like mine.
