The location is quiet, it's far from the road and the staff were very helpful. The A/C worked, they gave you a couple of bottles of water in your room for free.

The gorgeous crystal clear water and super soft sandy beach, the rawa slide was super fun, the food was not bad (but could be so much better), the boat transfer to and fro the island was punctual, parking at the reservation centre in Mersing for hotel guests.
