Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Staff gave us key recommendations for our outings that made a significant differences. For example, instead of going to any spot on the beach, we went to a great spot with cleaner water and a sand bar for the kids to play on. Rooms were neat. AC was a great respite from outside adventures.

The staff is friendly, the bungalow is spacious and clean, and the pool is amazing for adults and children. We will come back for sure. The restaurant with fair prices and delicious food, great breakfast buffet. Good connection with the bus with Grado and the supermarket.Bikes for rent for a fair price.

I think this is so far the best accomodation in Grado! Beautiful view on the Marina through huge windows. The designer did a very good job designing this room. Lots of light during the day, and beautiful starry sky during the night. Absolutely romantic! You will not regret it!
