This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I am convinced this is the best Double Tree anywhere. The property is spectacularly clean. It’s tastefully decorated and aesthetically pleasant. The icing on the cake is the phenomenal staff! Concierge was consistently efficient, professional and helpful. Room service was excellent and the food was amazing. I don’t usually finish every bite but this time I certainly did. Housekeeping always did a beautiful job. The cute place where they serve tea and pastries, across from the restaurant - also amazing. I could go on. But in a nutshell this place is a must see, must stay.

The staff was incredible. Receptionist Joseph Ji was very welcoming and extremely helpful in ensuring our stay with our 1 year old baby was comfortable. Even though we had only requested a crib for our baby, he kindly informed us that a bed guard and a portable baby tub were available. My wife and I were very happy to be able to give our baby a daily bath in the tub and I’m sure our baby was happy as well. The quality of the staff members at the hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job every day. Our stay was incredible. 120% satisfied and will return in the future.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if we had questions or requests. The location is great: very close to 문정역 exit 1, with two convenience stores within one minute’s walk as well. It’s is very spacious for a Seoul accommodation. The kitchen was so clean, I wasn’t sure if it had even been used before! The kitchen was also incredibly well equipped with everything you’d need.

We stayed at this place for a month. The host was very kind and answered our questions promptly about the place. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Also, the bathroom is new, and the washing machine and dryer are practical. The location is nice, close to convenience store, close to lots of restaurants and subway station, and also walking distance to a few other nice places. So, quite a few things to like.

The experience was wonderful, an impressive variety of delicious food and exceptionally friendly staff. What truly made it unforgettable was how the team went out of their way to celebrate my twin daughter's 9 month milestone, even without me mentioning it, That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me, and i deeply appreciate it.
