Everything, staff very kind and helpful. I 100% percent recommend it. There was an issue with the lock of my door and the move me to a different one without hesitation. I will come back next year with family.

We loved everything, it is an amazing place to relax with family. You don't need to take the car if you don't feel like it, there is everything you need at the complex. Plus, everyone was very nice and helpful and it felt really safe to stay there. I totally recommend it!

This was our family’s first visit to La Princesa resort. We have visited Rocky Point a handful of times. Our host Kim and Dan were very communicative from the beginning of our booking. Checking in at the gate didn’t take long at all and the gate staff was very friendly and well versed in English. Once we made our way to our room there was plenty of parking and the room was easily accessible from the parking lot. Our room was recently renovated and we loved all the details of the room, especially the large flooring tiles. We were provided with plenty of towels and blankets for all of us. Definitely a great spacious room for a family vacation. The patio space is great and provided a great spot to take a siesta. There were plenty of vendors at this beach location, water skis, banana boat, mix drinks, fruits, etc.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 3 blocks from the Malecon. Gloria who makes breakfast for the guests in the morning is wonderful, and she will make you a great omelette breakfast which is the best! The hotel is quiet and very clean and has a nice vibe. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

The condo was amazing. Very close distance to the beach had a grass space for my boys to play soccer ⚽️. And many different pools.

Extremely clean, rules were followed, exceptionally friendly staff all spoke English. All facilities were fully accessible elevator worked well amazing view, beautiful condo, fully equipped, so much to do at this resort no need to leave
