Room was clean, good communication from staff, lovely resort. A huge shout out to Junai from the F&B dept who was exceptional, and went above and beyond to support us with redeeming ClubMariott benefits.

Room is spacious. Kids enjoy the bathtub. easy to find foods, entertainment for kids, parking available for free with good security. Kids below 5 years having breakfast for free. Although breakfast time is until 10am, the kitchen staff still allow us to sit to finish our foods because we come down for breakfast 15 mins before its close.

On a positive note, the night before, we arrived at the restaurant late, but Mr. Lau kindly accommodated us for dinner even though the kitchen had already closed. We really appreciate his kindness. Thank you.

This nature retreat is located in the tropical rainforests of Borneo. Just a 5-minute drive from Lambir Hills National Park, it features rooms and chalets built over the water.

This resort at one time must have been very popular, but it appears it now has a hard time attracting customers. Since it's such a big place, it probably has a hard time keeping up the infrastructure, with more limited guests. The reviews are mixed on this site, but I really enjoyed the trails. I didn't take advantage of the water park, but it seems like a nice place for families with kids.
