I left something in my room and the staff (Anne) was kind enough to send me a message and inform me about if and arranged everything to send it back to me. Chef Mario was so kind to attens to all our concerns and needs. All other staff are friendly and super polite and super spot on clean with our room arrangements.

Robert the manager had all the needed information. The entire staff treated us like family everything needed was provided. To be able to go Snorkeling just off the steps was fabulous so safe to swim out. We wanted to take a countryside tour so a driver Cocoy was provided excellent driver.

Loved our 4 night stay!! We especially enjoyed the company of the very accommodating and friendly owner Joachim and his fabulous staff and family. Really great food too!! The beautifully landscaped grounds, pool and quiet and peaceful island surroundings make for an incredible get away for relaxing, snorkeling and connecting with nature. Truly a wonderful place. The property was beautiful. Modern new and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was very delicious with many choices. We checked out before serving breakfast and they even packed our breakfast to go. The pool area is beautiful and you can relax and swim there after activities. We would not hesitate to come back.
