Great breakfast. Location- far from the crowds. Spa area- sauna with a small pool and a jacuzzi.

The hotel was clean and fresh. The food was high quality; one day we even had seafood with very good shrimp. A great plus is that the large playroom and the aquapark are included in the price. The aquapark is not big, but that’s actually a good thing - there aren’t many people there. The sauna ceremonies are also a great plus. There was a ski rent service on the spot. Unfortunately, we noticed that late. Seems worse to go there. The equipment looked completely new.

‏We arrived at Apartamenty XYZ eXtreme You Zen in Szczyrk, a lovely ski Town in Poland. ‏The hotel is wonderful: the rooms are comfortable and well designed, the view is absolutely stunning, and the breakfast is varied and of high quality. ‏After one night at the hotel, we learned that due to weather conditions there was no snow, and therefore our skiing plans could not take place. ‏The staff showed exceptional understanding and agreed to cancel our reservation and the planned services — at no cost — out of genuine consideration for the situation. This kind, fair, and professional attitude is not something to be taken for granted and left a deep impression on us. ‏We would especially like to mention Amelia Grzybowska, who was lovely, courteous, and highly service-oriented, and helped us greatly in handling everything. ‏There is no doubt that this is a high-standard hotel with excellent service. We would be very happy to return in the future, hopefully to experience the place again — this time with snow 🙂 ‏Highly recommended.

The staff there were so nice and really went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, just a little small. Breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of breakfast choices. The finnish was great.

What a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is gorgeous. They have everything you need: great tv, speakers, cozy couches, furnished kitchen. Small perks like coffee tabs, grill and sauna - make it perfect. We will definitely come back and would recommend this place to everyone.

A very good place for a group of friends that visited Szczyrk to snowboard, the place is comfy and feels great after a long day on the slopes. It has plenty of parking space, facilities are clean and it has some storage room for the boards and so on. The host is simply a wonderful person, very attentive, always eager to help (and a lot), very clear and straightforward about our rooms and always very kind to us. We totally recommend this place. Bardzo bardzo polecamy!
