Wonderful ground floor apartment renovated stylishly by owner in duplex. The place was spotlessly clean and had an exceptionally well stocked kitchen with more plates and serving dishes etc than one could possibly use. Loved sitting outside in the courtyard in sunshine having my coffee. The restaurant across the road is excellent and servings are huge, affordable and delicious. Chaves feels like real Portugal. The owner was so helpful with immediate answers to all our questions.
