All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. They always offer to help. We requested for a baby crib. They provided very clean baby crib, baby pillow, extra towels for the baby and the baby bath tub. Doing extra miles! Light show is great. You shouldn't miss it. We got an upgrade to a Suite Room and it's extremely good, beyond my expectation. Very comfortable and clean. You can feel that all things are new and of good quality.

We really loved our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptionally personal and attentive, the room was spotless and perfectly equipped, and the location is right in the city center. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning panoramic view, and free parking in the building is a big plus. A special thank you to Margarida, Sid, and Miguel for their outstanding hospitality. They even left fresh croissants every morning, and surprised my wife with a bottle of sparkling wine and a personal birthday note, which was incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommended!
