We appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of Sai. She was so cute at the continental breakfast and my handicapped son feel so welcomed. The grounds were beautiful. The cleaning lady did such a great job cleaning the rooms and was such a kind and gentle person. The security nen at the beach were very helpful to me as I dragged my sons wheel chair back onto beach property

The location is close to 6 meters from the beach and having a swimming pool where you can see the sea from up close. And being close to the center 5 minutes walk. And at the same time, it is cozy from the noise of the city.

Just stayed at this new Beachfront resort which opened few weeks ago. Great location with beautiful views of the sea, there was some construction still going but the management handled it well. They had told us before but it did not really affect our stay. The noise was minimal and the staff was very accommodating making sure we had a nice stay. The location is good because it is near the main entertainment area of bangtao but away enough to have a great relaxing day at the beach. Staff very friendly and attentive everywhere, will definitely go back.

Property is well maintained, in a quieter part of Phuket but great location for beach, bars and food. Very easy to get transport if you want to go anywhere. Amazing sunsets, breakfast buffet and good vibes and atmosphere all around.

Loved the staff and the hotel

We had a great 9 night stay with our toddler. The Wi-Fi is strong. Bed was firm but comfortable. Room is dated, but in style. Food at the hotel restaurants was good and expectedly a bit more pricey than places outside, but still reasonable. The Laguna was surprisingly beautiful and peaceful. Pools were great and the slide was so much fun. There is a nice restaurant next to the hotel that’s great for sunset. The staff at the hotel were absolutely superb. Gift, Gade, and Mo were delightful in The Club and tended to our every need. Restaurant staff and front desk staff (Aon, Tuang) referred to us by name and were very helpful. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Breakfast is excellent! Japanese cuisine at Hojo is simple and healthy. Overall Service is exceptional. Staffs appeared to be enjoying working in Banyan Tree. Daniel and Eve both helped us a lot at Reception. Kwang at Banyan Cafe and Bird at Recreation are very attentive. We recognized some staffs that have been working here for more than 20 years.

Trying to run remote workloads while dragging a family to a beach location usually ends up with you taking frantic calls from a cramped hotel bed, but Title Legendary near Bang Tao completely wrecks that stereotype. The layout just works. Two different onsite coworking zones kept my focus locked in while the kids burned off energy in those massive pool complexes. Zero distractions. Ef from the staff deserves major credit here. Pure positive energy. The woman operates with absolute competence wrapped in genuine hospitality. My entire family felt looked after.

Amazing beachfront location , private pool was amazing

Skypark did not disappoint. The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its central location within Laguna made exploring the area a breeze. The pools were pristine and relaxing, and the complimentary shuttles around the property—and even to the beach and city—were incredibly convenient. The managing company was responsive, accommodating, and made check-in seamless. Given the quality and amenities, the price point was just right. Our Phuket trip was unforgettable, and staying at Skypark played a big part in that. We will most definitely be back .
