It felt like staying with the warmest family you can find in Chiang Mai. Everyone was so welcoming, making sure we were always comfortable and supported all throughout our stay. Chiang Mai acommodations have the best hospitality in my opinion but the Chandra Team exceeds that.

It was private house with pool view and resort view. There is very nice swimming pool here. The room was clean. The staffs are very lovely and kind. There is 7-11 convenient store opposite the hotel. There are many restaurants near hotel and hotel has their own restaurant and coffee shop also. I love here.

This place is a gem tucked away outside the city. The rooms are Lanna style and our room had a great little pool out front in an enclosed garden space. The room was comfortable and although it was dark, we just opened the shutters during the day to let more light in. The facilities at the hotel were great- the pool was well located and even had a pool bar. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We came with friends and all of us enjoyed both the Thai and western food so much that we just ate at the hotel every night. We all have different tastes and everyone was happy each evening with all the choices on the menu. The overall best part of the hotel was by far the staff. Archie and Diana made us feel as though we were part of their family. They even went so far as to put tougher a Christmas dinner for our group of friends. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and looked after us so well. They helped arrange trips around Chiang Mai, entertained the children, and told great stories! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet place outside the city with great food and a lovely atmosphere.

Beautiful resort in mountain setting. Most of all, great service; everyone was very helpful and kind. Loved the breakfast and food at the "Higher Room." The room was nice and spacious with a big comfortable bed. The fitness center was spacious, with a good amount of equipment than most hotels or resorts I've been to.

It is an amazing botanical garden. It is out of the city but an easy grab ride and it has a very nice location on top of a hill. There’s nothing much there but the resort, so don’t expect any shop or restaurant nearby. The hotel is new, lovely rooms, amazing limongrass smell, very nice pool. The food is very good at the restaurant, bit pricey, especially the drinks.

The grounds were absolutely stunning and very well maintained in a very peaceful area. The room was huge and very pretty. You can hire pushbikes around the resort. I had a very good massage. Would be ideal for someone looking for alone time with little human contact. Evening meal was good.

The resort is compacted but with plenty things to do. It is more like golf hotel but we stayed here with kids and they were always busy with smthing: animals, archery, swimming, and just walking around and enjoying the lake view
