ThailandGreat location 15 walk to Niagara Falls. Staff were very all very nice. Checked us in fast and offered great advice on dining and other options. Room was well maintained with great beds and huge bathroom. Great stay.

Location was great to the Falls and to the Main Street of the city. Good amount of traffic into the casino / resort which gave some sense of security as well as liveliness.

The hotel has strong attractions of casino and resort. You may enjoy exciting various casino games at a huge clean safe game room, which is not my enjoyment, though. The hotel has wide free parking lot, which I used. The staff is generally friendly and supportive. The neighborhood is safe and this hotel is a walking or driving distance to the Niagara Falls and downtown. It has a beautiful view from my room. I think this is quite a convenient hotel.

The architecture is something I rarely comment on but this resort has beauty that was clearly very thoughtfully done. The rooms are updated and comfortable and I love the convenience of the location

The location was great, this was our first time in a casino resort. The staff were all very helpful with everything we needed. Randy, at the casino bar was super helpful with explaining to us how everything works, without a doubt he is the best bartender we have ever encountered!

My first experience was arriving, was treat nasty looking for parking, the asked for bell hop man came out in black suit was very nasty. My wife and I carried our bags with no help, I requested help ahead of time it was our honeymoon, got responses, but upon checking in was told next time book thru resort. Your promise can't be meet.
Room was nice rest of staff was great. But the greeting we got was horrible, we will.not be back .

Large resort/casino with just about everything. Rooms are comfy and well appointed. Staff in hotel and casino are great. They are added value to the enjoyment of your stay. Pool area is large and very clean. A place with lots of fun.
