There is nothing I like about this hotel.

Nice view, villa on the hill, beautiful garden and ambiance in general, typical of Dalat classic, nice interior design, cool high-tech Japanese-style toilet with remote control, friendly and helpful staff, good price.

Place, views, comfort are outstanding. Unique climate of this place - 25C during the day and 13C at night. No need for air condition. Nice trails to the top of Samson mountain just from this resort. Modern cinema equipment - we watched movies in the evenings. Very pleasant team is always on call and ready to help you!

Hieu, the concierge staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire team, from housekeeping to the front desk and restaurant staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming. We especially appreciated their effort in recovering my husband’s shirt and my daughter’s shorts after we had checked out and before we left the property. We would definitely stay longer next time. The only point worth mentioning is that the hotel could benefit from adding one more shuttle between 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM, as that is a long gap. Additionally, the return shuttle from the city to the hotel could be adjusted to 6:30 PM instead of 6:00PM to stay consistent with the half pass the hour schedule like other departure times.

In the forest and by the big lake

Gorgeous location not too far from town. There’s a shuttle service to the city and the staff will arrange transportation to other locations for you too. The staff is very friendly and the whole atmosphere is relaxing. The outdoor activities like kayaking and archery were a lot of fun too. They also had the best breakfast. Our flight left earlier than the breakfast buffet opened so the staff prepared a breakfast for us to take out.

Helpful staffs, delicious food, fresh atmosphere and comfortable room! We love the environment here.
