I recently stayed at the Bamboo Hotel and had an incredible experience! The ambiance was serene and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special shoutout to Julie and her staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and friendly service truly made a difference. I highly recommend Bamboo Hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch hospitality experience.

Reception staff were absolutely exceptional - always most helpful. My room was of a good size and most comfortable, and it had a superb view from the large balcony. Breakfasts were great with a range of high quality international cuisine.

Room is spacious and clean, the location and the view are excellent. Good breakfast option and the swimming pool has spectacular view!

the room was very clean and almost new

The location was superb if you like being a bit out of the city centre. Sapa town is quite loud and busy and Laxsik is down the road and set amongst the rice fields and is much quieter. It’s about 20 minute ride into town and the hotel is excellent at arranging rides into town, and once you are in town there are plenty of taxis and electric cars that can take you back. Our room was very large and had a beautiful balcony we would often sit on. The pool was also fantastic to go into after a long day of hiking with a local villager arranged by the hotel. As was the dinner at the restaurant at the hotel as we were too tired to go too far for dinner after our hike! Would highly recommend staying here.

It was an excellent hotel for kindness, clean, and the location. The food was simple but it was good taste. Also, the bed was comfortable.

This is really beautiful 5 star resort on the hill - if you are lucky enough with the weather, you can see mountains and the view is fantastic. We stayed in bungalow which was nicely decorated and has amazing wooden smell. They have sauna at the resort and few pools, we used it everyday, so relaxing

I can't recommend Sapa Hills enough! The hotel exceeded our expectations; the place is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming. Facilities are well cared for, and clean. The best part of everything is the staff and Ms. Trang -the manager-, she's is a lovely woman who will do whatever it takes to help you feel comfortable during your stay and support you as much as possible. On our last day, we left quite early, her staff still served breakfast earlier so we wouldn't go hungry all the way to Hanoi. Sapa Hills was the highlight of our trip to the north of Viet Nam.

Great location, near tp everythings, good breakfast

We like everything about it. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The ambience was so relaxing. We also love the staff who were so accommodating, nice and helpful. They made sure that our stay would be 10/10. We had this order-all-you-can breakfast, and the food were superb. We just want to go back again to Sapa and stay longer in this place.
