- brand new hotel, everything was brand new and smelled fresh - good room layout and was very comfortable - pool area was exceptional - decent gym where you can get your essential workouts in - location was great. A very short walk to an Aldi grocery store and location is in between Puerto Banus and Puente Romano. Very easy to get to around if you are renting a car - plenty of free parking right outside the hotel. This is where we parked every day - staff were very friendly and supportive to any request - buffet was good and enjoyable

The staff was great! Everyone was helpful, the response to our demands was super quick! The roof has a great view and nice bar with amazing staff! The terrace of our room was convenient! The breakfast was a great experience under the sunshine! The beach of the hotel was beautiful and the facilities are really good! The location was excellent, walkable distance from the downtown.

Clean and comfortable room, good facilities such as fridge, kettle and microwave, staff helpful and friendly, electronic access system.
