Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the convenience of having a separate kitchen for cooking (if you prefer not to dine at their restaurant), and the availability of free laundry facilities including a washing machine and ironing station. Additionally, the complimentary transportation to the beach twice a day was a fantastic perk. Clean water pools.

This is probably the best place you can have on the coast in Georgia. The location is a perfect balance between proximity to Batumi (~30 min taxi ride), Kobuleti's amenities (shops, restaurants), and the sea itself. The accommodation itself is also very nice (it's new, has everything listed, etc.). And most importantly – the host is the real example of Georgian hospitality.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled in a breathtakingly beautiful location. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa is out of this world, especially the outdoor jacuzzi. I highly recommend visiting during the off-season on weekdays when the hotel is quiet, allowing you to fully enjoy all the facilities. Don’t miss a trip to the Green Lake – the views are simply incredible. Hands down, the best hotel in Georgia!
