We were very satisfied with our stay - The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was available – fresh linens, towels, kitchen essentials, and Wi-Fi. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The balcony offered a beautiful view. The host was attentive and well-organized, quickly responding to all our questions and providing helpful information. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We would definitely come back again! The location is easy to find and easy to arrive. The apartment has such a beautiful view, it's really cozy and nice to stay, It's clean and communication with the apartment owner was satisfying. This is probably the best place you can have on the coast in Georgia. The location is a perfect balance between proximity to Batumi (~30 min taxi ride), Kobuleti's amenities (shops, restaurants), and the sea itself. The accommodation itself is also very nice (it's new, has everything listed, etc.). And most importantly – the host is the real example of Georgian hospitality.

Хозяева организовали всё необходимое. Рекомендуем для семейного отдыха. Обязательно приедем еще. Very hospitable staff. Excellent location: just a few steps from the sea and the city center. Slept wonderfully to the sound of the waves. The breakfast was delicious and hearty. The hosts provided everything we needed. Highly recommend for family vacations. We will definitely come back.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is super nice and friendly, especially the cleaning ladies, who gave us tiny gifts in the form of chocolate candies every evening. The reception workers were also very helpful providing us with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and with a great variety despite it being a low season with very few guests. One day they didn’t put the trays with hot food, but the staff informed us that we can order the things we like such as fried eggs/omelet/porridge etc. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained, saunas worked, the water was warm and everything was very clean. The territory outside the hotel was also very well maintained with workers taking care of the outdoor pools and the garden. We also had dinner at the Adjara restaurant, the staff was also very nice. The food was tasty and served quickly. The lounge bar also had a variety of drinks, unfortunately not all of them were available, but the signature GPH cocktail exceeded our expectations. The SPA services provided at the hotel were also enjoyable. We booked general SPA massage with stone therapy and it was a very relaxing experience. The staff in the SPA is also nice and they even provided us a discount for all the services (but probably it was due to the low season). Overall we had a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday there, we’d like to thank the staff for their hospitality and friendliness.
