I stayed at AMANEK Beppu YULA‑RE for 4 nights during my time in Beppu, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. The biggest strength of this hotel is its strategic location. It is close to Beppu Station (train station) and the bus terminal, making it very easy to travel to various attractions. From here, I could conveniently visit Yufuin, Beppu Ropeway, Oita, Kyushu Wildlife Park, Takasakiyama Park, and many other destinations. The hotel is also surrounded by food options, so finding meals was never a problem. A Lawson convenience store is located very close to the hotel, making it easy to buy water or snacks at any time. The room I stayed in was quite spacious and featured tatami flooring, which added comfort and a pleasant Japanese atmosphere. Another nice touch was the free welcome drink, available all day until around 10 PM, which was very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The most memorable part of my stay was the hotel’s complimentary bath (onsen) facilities for guests. I used the onsen almost every night on the 14th floor, where I could enjoy a beautiful view of Beppu city while soaking in hot water. It was a truly relaxing and unforgettable experience. The hotel also has a rooftop swimming pool, although I did not get the chance to use it during my stay.

This spacious, clean, and cozy room features an open-air bathtub and a well-designed interior. All necessary amenities are provided, including books, a kid chair, and kid utensils for my toddler.

The best parts of this stay were the staff and the accommodations. The staff was so kind and helpful They took care of us every morning for breakfast, cleaned our room thoroughly, and helped us whenever we needed it. The accommodations were spectacular and went above and beyond our expectations. The room was huge and the private onsen was luxurious.

This is my second time in Japan. I have traveled to Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Sapporo, Hiroshima, and this was my first time being in the Fukuoka region. I could not thank the host and the wonderful experience we had at the Park Villa in Nokonoshima Island. I initially booked the apartment without a lot of prior knowledge, but the facilities were amazing. My cousin and I stayed there for the short weekend. We arrived via train and took a taxi to the ferry to get on Nokonoshima. Unfortunately, when we arrived at Nokonoshima island, we had unknowingly missed the last bus in the island. We were not aware they had changed the summer bus schedule to the Fall bus schedule and we were just wondering around when one of the staff members from Park Villa showed up in the Villa's vehicle and personally drove us back to the Villa. The Villa was absolutely a dream and it has been the best accommodation we have stayed so far since we have been traveling to Japan. The apartment was like a tiny house and had everything we needed. The views were breath taking as well as the rooms and accommodations around the little cabin. We also took the breakfast which was delicious and I usually do not venture much but this was the best meal we have had in our trip. During our time in Park Villa, we venture around, looked at their live stock, enjoyed the gardens, and had time to walk and play on the swings. I felt so much happy and joy. We also visited several onsite facilities, cafes, and restaurants. Finally, we had to leave a little earlier than we wanted to make our Fukuoka-Tokyo flight and the host was gracious enough to take us back to the ferry point so we didn't have to take the bus. We have never been treated better in any of the hotels we have stayed before and the hosts were so wonderful and communicative as well as kind and hospitable. We have never received this kind of treatment in other countries.
