Friendly and wonderful atmosphere in room when walked with soft music to welcome you. The restaurant was the best meal I’ve had it was exceptional especially the marquise dessert

Modern, comfortable and great location

Excellent value for money. Large room with comfortable couch, well appointed kitchen, spa bath and shower..... all for $125 on a Friday night. I haven't seen value like this since pre 2019. And outside the hotel entrance is a fabulous pub .

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Location is great and very handy to everything, especially food places. Have stayed here before and will again if travelling through.

Very convenient location - it was only a few minutes drive to Ballarat central, it was surprisingly quiet considering it was just off a major thoroughfare too! The check in and check out was easy and smooth, we had to leave very early the following day and it was a simple case of drop the key card off in the box on the way out. Plenty of room for my family, beds were comfy, no complaints at all! Did exactly what we wanted the room to do.

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable.We really enjoyed the location of the hotel as we could walk around town.We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was great and the service excellent.

Beautifully presented, clean and spacious. Room keeping was a lovely touch leaving our room sparkling clean each day.

We wanted to stay in an historical setting in the heart of Ballarat. It was interesting to see the buildings from the Gold Rush time that occurred in Australia. Very nice architectural details from the 19th century.

Location was brilliant - close to everything we needed. We had a change of plans and the staff were extremely accommodating with our requests and their assistance.
