Location was fantastic. Front office all the way to Housekeeping Staffs were just exceptional. Always polite, full of smiles and never fail to greet be it morning or afternoon or night. Customer service at its finest. Hotel room was just superb. Every details were to perfection. We truly enjoyed our stay. Almost everything was just a walking distance. Very strategically located for sure.

The staff are friendly. And, the location is great to reach everywhere in the CBD. The cafe next door has great bagels and latte. The room is great and the bed is comfortable. I do have a great stay here.

The old building attached to the hotel, where Julio cafe is situated. Breakfast is served there, and it is really good.
