It was nice, we had a pool view room, it was very nice

We like it all🥂🥂🥂🙏🎉🥳..we came 4 couples in economy and double rooms, every thing was very good, clean, spacious, comfortable, we loved the SPA facilities, especially the hot jacuzzi outside👌👌👌, big pools, herbal sauna, therapy with little fishes, sea and beach very close We also had 2 birthdays celebration and Irina from reception, was so great, very attended with us, with everything we needed from the bar and we received a birthday cake and champagne as gift, from the hotel...that was top, so nice and we felt special🥳🥳🙏🙏🙏 Gratitude Therma Palace Hotel!!🍀🍀🍀 Good breakfast, good food at dinner...so we're happy with this accommodation and definitely we'll come back🥂 Thank you Therma Palace for the lovely atmosphere!! The reception staff and the hotel maids were exceptionally efficient welcoming and kind. The room I was given exceeded my expectations tenfold. The rooms were kept very clean throughout the stay and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beach is very accessible from the hotel.

The check-in was immediately, Dragomir was very helpful, the apartment with easy acces, in the center of the resort, beautiful sea view with the "Black Pearl" fish restaurant. Clean, cosy, shops, beaches and everything near you. The price incredibly accesibil. Big terrace with table and seats to admire the view. We will definitely be back next year.

The staff and the front desk manager, Desislava, were more than helpful.

Our two room apartments for 4 people was pretty big, also with big corridor, 2 toilets and big balcony . It nice have a lot of space. The garbage was taken out daily, towels were changed every other day, bed linen once a week. Breakfasts are delicious and varied, the same every day, but a very large selection. The room has a kitchen with the necessary utensils for cooking. The beach is 5 minutes walk away. All entertainment and the central promenade are also nearby.

Everything was normal, the food was very good, the service was also good. It is an ideal environment for a family

We LOVED our hotel! Nicest in Albena. Gorgeously updated/decorated - lobby is huge - rooms are huge - amazing views & facility! Staff is so friendly and helpful - especially the breakfast buffet staff…they were eager to get us coffee and keep up with/our finished plates. Food was great and huge assortment! The area around Albena is super safe and family friendly - lots of families with young children and retirees. We loved everything about our stay!!! 10/10!!!

All the meals were very good and offered you a great variety of choices. The room was immense and very well illuminated from the sun, offering a spectacular view of the sea. At the price, we received a lot of benefits: access to the outside and inside pools, to the sauna and gym room.

The atmosphere as well as employees were really nice, food also good, from fish to chicken, salads and pasta. Being right on the beach is just great and everyone makes sure you have a good stay. The room was clean and any need was fulfilled quickly. I highly recommend the hotel !

The price was good, there is fridge, internet, shower, towels, shampoo; There is a market near location. Room was clean. There was a balcony.
