Great value! 5 minutes walk to the sandy and beautiful beach. The host was always there for everything we needed. Even though we didn't expect or ask for it, he changed the sheets every 3 days and he was cleaning our room daily. It is pet friendly, which is a huge plus for us! We will be back next summer for sure!!! Recommendations!!!

Very clean and tidy room! It's a family business, and I liked the warm and welcoming vibe of the place and the staff. It seemed a lot of families prefer this place. There were a lot of kids playing and talking around - it just proves that the kids and their families feel comfortable and happy there. Location is amazing - a bit sideways from the main street and less than 10 min walk to the beach. The hotel has its own tavern, so make sure to try it. There is a parking with several car spots available, make sure to mention if you need a parking spot furing your reservation and if you have preferences about the arrival time, make sure to mention it during the reservation or personally contact the owners as it seems Booking doesn't pass on all messages or does so with delay. The bathroom was recently renovated and looked even kind of luxurious. One little detail that I really liked was that there was a drying rack on the balcony - super handy!

Clean , you have what you need , close to the beach

Location is excellent! It is literally on the beach, we enjoyed our breakfast watching the sea. It's also close to attractions for children such as the AquaPark (which is awesome!) Camel Park and Nessebar. Receptionists were superkind and helpful!

I had never heard of this town before and chose it completely by chance, without high expectations. It’s a small village, and I didn’t think it could offer much. But I was wonderfully surprised. The house is a charming two-story building in traditional style, with spotless rooms and a lovely garden. Despite the August heat, it was cool and peaceful under the trees—perfect for a relaxing stay. Our host was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. He truly enjoys connecting with his guests, which made our experience even more special. The village is quiet, traffic-free, with good local food options and a beautiful beach just nearby. Thanks to the host’s hospitality and the serene atmosphere, our stay turned out to be far more delightful than we could have imagined. Would definitely come back!

The stay was a lot better than expected. At first it was difficult to find the correct place, but once we found it, everything was great! The room was clean and modern. It had everything that was needed: air conditioning, 3 separate beds (like we asked), sofa with a table, fridge, TV (although we didn't use it) and even a balcony with clothes drying rack. Free wifi was nice and fast. Bathroom, although very compact, had everything + enough shower gel and shampoo for the 3 of us staying for 4 nights. At first the location seemed random, but it was actually right next to a pedestrian street with a lot of shops, including groceries, cafes and restaurants, pharmacy and souvenirs. And it was only 15 min walk away from the Old Town and 10 min walk away from South Beach. The personal was very helpful and easy to talk to in both English and Russian. Check out was early, but we were allowed to leave our bags at the reception until we had to leave the town. There was no option for breakfast, but there was a kitchen corner with coffee and appliances near the reception. And considering the opening times of food places at our street, there was no breakfast needed. For example the was an excellent pancake place literally 10 meters from the hotel door. Definitely recommending this to everyone!

I stayed one night only. I liked the location. very close to cacao beach and the good quality of restaurants. Not too nosy, considering inside Sunny Beach you are facing the cloud , and drunk tourists. Sauna and steam work perfectly. Gym is ok. The staff is friendly.

It was very good, it’s clean and comfortable. I am not sure, but I think there are bats 🦇 or something else flying near the hotel, but the rest was very good. Thumbs up! 🫶🏻
