The staff were amazing and always so friendly especially the service at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is lovely and has amazing views next to an old church. The location is perfect and close to the local beaches and lots of restaurants/shops. The food is fabulous, there is so much choice and it's always tasty and just as good if not better than what you can buy at local restaurants - also the breakfast is the best I've ever had in Bulgaria. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely come back again!

We faced a few issues with our booking upon our arrival due to the rooms' descriptions on Booking. The manager Zvezdelina was very helpful and supportive. She is on top of her game, caring and service oriented, so our issues were resolved promptly. It is evident that she is the key person which is raising the bar for the rest of the team. The all-inclusive food is good and we had enough options to choose from. Overall very good value, yet for us it was the hotel manager who made the big difference. Thank you Zvezdelina.

The staff is amazing, check in went smooth, quick and without any issues. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was located right in the city center, yet in a quiet part so you can rest well during the night. I definitely recommend and will return here if I ever visit Nessebar again. Thank you!
