Spacious, elegant, clean. Room service was great, clean towels everyday if you wanted. Underground parking. Beautiful beach, good food. I loved everything!

The people from the staff were great. Location as well. 2 min from the beach. There is a nice outdoor fitness right in front. The breakfast was really nice as well.

The place is amazing - quiet and sunny, at comfortable location, with excellent facilities and views. The host is super sunny and comforting!

The location is very convenient - 5-10 min walk to both beaches, 1-2 min to the main pedestrian street in Kiten. The inter-city bus station is right across the street. In the same building there is a well stocked grocery shop, offering fresh fruits, vegetables, ice-cold drinks and other at very reasonable prices. There was a paid car parking option (10 BGN per day) which we took advantage of. The staff were very helpful and friendly - we had a minor problem with the shower, which was addressed and resolved very quickly. The refrigerator and air conditioner in the room both operated very well.

The rooms were big, clean, lcd tv, good internet. The hotel is on the beach. The staff was very good, the restaurant also. Due to the flood in the area, we leave 1 day earlier and they gave back our money for the last day.

This hotel is very unique. Unfortunately, I got the room with the balcony facing a parking lot. Ensure you face the port, because it's beautiful. The location is fantastic and the breakfast was great. The staff were lovely and they work very hard. I would definitely come back. I loved this town. The hotel is built along a cliff and offers easy access to the upper town (restaurants, shopping, other amenities,) and the lower town (the port and the beach which were great). Would definitely stay here again

This place has it all. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, GREAT PERSONNEL, amazing breakfast (08:00-10:00), lovely balconies and just 5 min. walking from the beach. Parking spots 5 min. away. There is a supermarket downstairs of the place, open until 23.30. The personnel speaks English (Bulgarian too btw 😄) and kids will love the hotel and the whole area. At the beach there is a bar that will allow you to indulge yourself to sunbathing, swimming, chillaxing or working at the bar (power plugs available!), which deserves a 5/5 review of its own. Want a free beach instead? Enjoy, because there is one.

Great location, close to the beach, with amazing beautiful view to the sea. Staff very professional and helpful, we had an issue on the apartment and they instantly resorved, room was daily cleaned, towels changed. It was perfect choose for a 5 night stay with two little kids.
