Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, with exceptional service, comfort, and attention to detail. A special thanks to Anastasia Ushakova, whose outstanding hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable!

The location is ideal. Rooms very clean and specious. Bathrooms the same. Breakfast had everything. The reception staff id everything they could to accommodate us - we arrived just before midnight.

Wonderful garden which makes you feel that you are in lovely park instead of city. It is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is great too. I will come back to this place on my next Sofija visit Spa is superb

I only spent a night there but i wish i could stay more!They upgrated my room upon arrival, which was a very nice surprise! The receptionists were very friendly and accomodating the whole time. Also, I booked with breakfast, but i had an early flight and asked if they could provide a breakfast package. They did happily, which was much appreciated!

No complaints about this hotel, I will book it again in the future. Nice rooms (business room and the apartment booked both)

The hotel is a bit old but really great for the price. The location is unbeatable and the rooms are very big. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, but if you need a spacious clean please in the city center, I would definitely recommend it.

The property was clean, decent and had a convenient location. Car park was a great value added. The lady at the reception was awesome and most helpful!

The hotel is modern and spacious, convenient location, just a short walk to Vitisho Boulevard. Wonderful spacious car park that was free for guests. The breakfast was ample and tasty. Mariana on Reception was so warm and friendly, she ensured we felt at ease as soon as we walked in.

Stayed in the hotel during a family trip (in total 3 persons). The staff was very inattentive and helpful. The room was really big and with great view over the mountains.

We spent only one night in Sofia and the location was perfect to walk around downtown. Decent size, clean and comfortable room. Various staff at the reception desk were all very friendly and helpful. We needed a parking spot for the night and they reserved in advance. We needed rest after a long drive and had a pleasant stay. We were able to see downtown on foot and have dinner nearby. Room was clean, quiet and provided the rest we needed.

First of all, the location is exceptional - especially if you are going to a show/venue at NDK. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The beds were very comfortable (as were the pillows - usually one of my pet 'peeves'). The breakfast was without doubt, the very best I have experienced in Sofia.

The breakfast was the highlight. Outside by the pool, great fresh fruit and many many choices. Our hosts were adorable, lots of good advice for restaurants and things to do.

Every interaction with Dani felt personal and genuine—he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Whether it was answering questions about the city, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going well, his kindness and dedication stood out. Secession style made our trip to Sofia unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return.

Very spacious modern and clean, near the city center. We had an apartament for 2 adults and 2 kids and it was wonderful.

Lobby and staff who working in home service and reception. Breakfast it was good and delicious.
