Our room overlooked downtown and the tower. Gorgeous city at night. Walking distance to 17th street and Major Tom. The shower was amazing, the water was hot and the pressure was to die for. Beds are comfortable, and the the balcony was a major bonus. Friendly staff. Near 7-11 and food courts.

It is close to everything like the Bow, Stephen Avenue, Calgary tower, etc.

Hotel provided the services to keep our luggages in the store room, we left unused luggages on the 1st day and we backed on the last day before leaving to the airport. The shuttle service is also great "Lucky" provided a great service both on our arrival and departure. Give him 5 stars

Clean and well kept, access to upstairs lounge made the stay perfect for a quick morning breakfast.

Great restaurant for dinner inside the hotel - Nine Thirty Dining Lounge. Breakfast was good and fresh, and pastries were delicious, especially the challah french toast.

We were in just under the happy hour time and were able to grab something to eat. There is no where else around to dine, so grateful they still allowed us to eat there.

Great pool/waterslide area. Super kid friendly. Restaurants were pretty good also!

Just go for this hotel. Absolutely loved my 5-day stay. Good breakfast, clean and quiet place. Room was really big and comfortable. Just perfect in every way.

It was conveniently located between my destinations, the breakfast was wonderful - the staff were always refilling everything for all guests to get everything, the beds/rooms were comfy and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand wash/lotion was Dove and there was enough to wash my thick curly hair

A very clean and luxurious room which was super close to the Calgary Stampede which we were staying for!

Great location, facilities & service.

Location for walking to the shopping, restaurants and attractions could not be much better. The restaurant was fabulous, food and ambiance ...and we heard a wonderful singer. We were only there one night but it was a real treat from check in to check out.

It was very centrally located and perfect for our overnight stays before and after our trip to Banff. The staff was supremely helpful and friendly as well.
