Our room wasn't ready at the check in time and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Offering us a choice of different rooms, or complimentary Buffet breakfast with late 4pm checkout if we wanted to wait for our booked room. Highly recommend hotel for location and staff!

Clean, good location , silent and hospitality

Staff was really nice, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in.

I loved the hot tub, view of the falls, and how comfortable my bed was to sleep in.

We had a room on the 21st floor of the hotel with amazing views of Niagara falls, definitely a "wow" factor when you walked into your room, as we had the most breathtaking views! Room was super, with a jacuzzi in our bathroom, fabulous shower and bathroom facilities. Our room was large and very comfortable.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. Andrea at the reception was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient. The room was clean and cozy, and the view exceeded our expectations. Even during the coldest days of the year, we were able to enjoy the stunning view of the falls from the comfort of our room.

I loved my view of the falls from the room, it was breathtaking! The size of the room was larger than expected, I thought the beds would be extremely close to one another based on the pictures online but in real life it was quite roomy. Great location close to everything, walking distance to the casino in such a way that you don't have to even go outside. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice view' not very expensive

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so wonderful that I felt I had to share it. My husband and I stayed at the Sterling Inn & Spa from April 18–19 for a short anniversary getaway, and it was truly incredible. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were given a spacious, spotless room with a huge soaking tub, which made the stay feel extra luxurious. Everything was incredibly clean, and it easily became one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. What really stood out was the attention to detail, they went the extra mile to make our anniversary feel special and memorable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn’t be better, just about a 10-minute walk to the falls and close to many great restaurants. The room was quiet and very relaxing, and the amenities had everything we needed, even slippers, which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, not too firm, but still very supportive. I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with soft music and a pleasant scent throughout the hotel that made everything feel even more peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend this place. If you’re reading this and considering booking, take this as your sign, you won’t regret it!

I loved that the property is walking distance to the falls. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They do their best to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The way the staff treated me the first time I stayed here (2022), is a big reason on why I came back. They are so professional, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend a few nights in Niagara Falls, Canada.

The room was very comfortable and clean, it had an independent bathroom, WIFI, and cable TV. The breakfast was so delicious and abundant. The Host was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is excellent, because it is within walking distance to the Niagara Falls. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

The rooms were big and clean.

At my arrival it was easy to find and enter my room, just need a code to enter, no key. The room was very big and warm, with easy access to the breakfast area. The breakfast was amazing, you get a nicely presented plate with an assortment of egg, bread, fruits, pastry,... something different every day so you won't get tired of it. The hosts were very nice and always made sure I was comfortable.
