Breakfast was delicious, but coffee was completely gone at 9:40. Time didn’t permit us to ask that more would be made.

We enjoy the big large room and the pool it was comfortable and quiet.

McDonalds is 20 mtrs away. Helpful and friendly reception. Quiet room.

It is our second visit to this hotel because we really enjoyed our stay in last August (we stayed for 5 days). It is the most beneficial hotel for your money as they offer suites. Therefore, ideal for several days stays if you don't want to spend on restaurants every day.

This was a cozy and quiet bed & breakfast located in the heart of Byward Market. Pierre and Chantelle are remarkable folks who are always available to help you with tourist info, sites to see, and local events. Our quaint room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Pierre has such a warm interpersonal style that will make you feel at home- he will start your mornings with excellent coffee and breakfast favourites! The kitchen was available for use, stocked with pantry items and food for your convenience- although, we did not take advantage of it. Overall, this was an extremely satisfying stay that really made our Ottawa trip- we highly recommend!

The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive and the room was nice and clean, with such a spacious balcony! Breakfast and the breakfast room was also super nice.

My mom and I traveled to Ottawa for leisure and had a great time. The location of the DoubleTree was perfect. It was right in downtown. The staff was super helpful and told us exactly how to figure out parking, which was super easy and convenient. The location was great, it was an easy and quick walk to multiple popular sites. We had a great stay!

Loved the staff, the hotel is gorgeous and super located. The restaurant was amazing.

The location is central, walking distance from all the attractions. The rooms are very chic and very clean. Despite the problem with booking.com reservation, the hotel fix our problem and accomodate us. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel that you go to a friend, not to a hotel. Thank you very much! you are the best!
