The hotel is just exceptional. I was mesmerized the moment I entered the main door as the lobby was elegant and beautiful.. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I like the ambiance of the restaurant, and the staff who served us breakfast were very polite and attentive to the costumers. The room has enough space to store our things, and to move around. The bed was comfy and the aircon was not as loud as compared to other hotels we used. I had a good sleep. The complimentary breakfast was OK, although a buffet would be better.

There was a bit of a mix up with our reservation but they quickly resolved it and even upgraded our room. Rooms very clean, comfy beds and a nice hot breakfast.
