This is a five star hotel and it deserves this rating fully. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff are knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. The spa area is large enough for a city hotel and has long working hours. The room is comfortable.

The receptionist was very helpful. We arrived around 7 pm and have limited time to visit Bern. Because of the receptionist efficient and detailed introduction, we spent more than 2 hours to visit Bern downtown, enjoyed the food and watched the sunset in downtown. And also spent the morning of next day to tour in Einstein house. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to go to downtown. The free parking and breakfast are very nice. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Overall, we had a very good experience in Bern. Would love to visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.

We had an outstanding stay at Bellevue Palace Hotel Bern, truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is incredibly शांत and elegant, with spacious rooms that make you feel completely at ease. The team was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, and the breakfast was simply excellent. One of the highlights is the bar, rich in history and character, which adds a unique charm to the experience. All of the hotel’s restaurants are also excellent. Highly recommended.

I loved the facilities, there is a parking garage, two bars/restaurants, and even a casino in the complex. Btw both the restaurants serve top quality food. The location is also remarkable, just one tram stop (or 7 minutes walking) away from Bern's main street.

Very comfortable spaces, really nice stay. Claude was amazingly kind, the original booked room had a malfunction and Claude moved us to another property, which was really nice and clean, it has everything needed.
