This is a five star hotel and it deserves this rating fully. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff are knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. The spa area is large enough for a city hotel and has long working hours. The room is comfortable.

The receptionist was very helpful. We arrived around 7 pm and have limited time to visit Bern. Because of the receptionist efficient and detailed introduction, we spent more than 2 hours to visit Bern downtown, enjoyed the food and watched the sunset in downtown. And also spent the morning of next day to tour in Einstein house. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to go to downtown. The free parking and breakfast are very nice. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Overall, we had a very good experience in Bern. Would love to visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Staff was friendly and very accommodating to our visit. The location is tucked away from the city life so it was calm, quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the nearby town for amenities. Views of the mountains and fresh snow were great! Will be staying here for our next visit to Interlaken area.

Built in November 2015, the Schützen Steffisburg is a 10-minute drive from Thun´s Old Town, and offers modern accommodations with free WiFi, a garden with a sun terrace and an à-la-carte restaurant.

The self check in facility was really good as sometimes at some hotels we need to wait for the check in time. Also the food spread was great
