Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The facilities of the hotel are a lot more than I expected in such a small town.

The property is situated in a quiet and peaceful environment, making it an ideal place to relax. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay throughout our visit.

The place is amazing! Beautiful with an amazing view. Everything clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming. It is not very close to the city center, but it's two steps away from the bus stop and the busses are super punctual!

It was one of the most beautiful and amazing hotels in switzerland and Grindelwald at all. Beautiful room with a breathtaking view. Breakfast very good.

Good view but very convenient, bus stop just in front of the hotel

The view from the bedroom was amazing! From the balcony, you could see the snow-capped mountains and enjoy the sounds of nature. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet boasted a plethora of culinary delights. The cheese options were particularly delicious. The hotel's location was also very good, close to the train station and the hiking trails in the valley.

The hotel got fatastic view of the mountain. Also the room fare include a complimentary cake buffet and a full selection of breakfast. The mini bar is included as well. They also offer 2 times shuttle bus services from and to train station. The stuffs are friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is very well located in Grindelwald, near the cable car to First and the bus station. The staff were very nice and the room was good, we had an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast was very good too. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The staff is responsive and innovative in solving an issue with my room. I like the way they own the issue and resolve it right away.

We booked the eiger mountain view. The hotel has unobstructed view of the eiger mountain, and it was breathtaking. The rooms come with private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the views. Amazing staff and they’re very kind. Breakfast is pretty basic but it gets you going for the whole day. It is centrally located in grindelwald, every landmark is 5-10 min walk.

We loved this place! It was a little bit of a hike to and from the town but nothing crazy. We liked that it was slightly off the main strip because it was a bit quieter. You could always drive up and down but we found the walk just fine! The bed were COMFY. Bathroom and facilities were clean. We enjoyed that the had laundry we could use. There food was OUTSTANDING! and services was top notch. We felt right at home. The staff there was more than accommodating and even let us keep our luggage there after we checked out so we could spend a half day exploring still!

The apartment was just as specified, with a spectacular view. We love that we could just sit inside and or on the front porch as look at the Beautiful Alps rising above. Great pick up and drop off at the train station.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, the location was great if arriving by train and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very pleasant, very clean, nicely decorated, and the location is of course incredible. Plus, the staff is fantastic. Definitely an excellent hotel.

Everything. Great hotel, nice and clean pool/room, breakfast was great, lunch/dinner also. Possibility to rent ebikes. Really top notch.

Loved the character of an historic, family owned hotel

The views of the mountain were great. Everything was clean and we were in a great location. The hotel had everything we needed for our stay too. We didn’t have time to use the sauna but went to the restaurant and the honest bar/lounge.

Beautiful location in a beautiful mountain village

It’s a really cool place with nice restaurant and bar and a beautiful spa. Great price to value for our trip. The location is great, too. 2 min walk from the train station and 1 minute to gondola - hard to beat this.
